This page covers the website only. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, and our individual products have their own terms.

The Site is an informational and marketing website describing our studio, our own media properties and the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services.

All content on this Site — text, design, code, logos, brand names and artwork — is owned by Luma Kite Media LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Our properties and products
We reference channels and products we operate. Those platforms and products carry their own terms, policies and availability, which take precedence for anything you do on them. Listing something here is not a guarantee that it will remain available.
