This policy explains what information Luma Kite Media LLC ("LumaKite", "we", "us") collects when you visit lumakitemedia.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Short version: we collect your email only if you type it in. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell your data, and you can be removed at any time by emailing us.

We only collect information you give us directly:
- Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Contact details and message content — if you email us about a project.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this website.
2. Automatically collected information
This site is hosted on Vercel, with DNS provided by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, they process standard server request data — IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use this data to build individual profiles.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across the web.
3. Third parties we use
- Formspree — processes newsletter sign-ups and forwards them to us. Their privacy policy applies to that submission.
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Cloudflare — DNS and network routing.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.
4. How we use your information
- To send you our newsletter, if you asked for it.
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work.
- To keep the site secure and functioning.
We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Project enquiries are retained for as long as needed for the business relationship, and reasonably thereafter for our records.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also just email us. We'll action deletion requests promptly.
7. Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
8. Links to other sites
We link to our own properties and to third-party platforms such as YouTube. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy governs — not this one.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
